One Minute of Therapy

Therapy doesn’t have to occur in a designated space. It doesn’t need to take an hour. All you need is a quiet place, the right mindset, and the ability to focus for just one minute. Our “One Minute of Therapy with Jenny” videos are designed to help you center yourself in the midst of your daily routine.

Jenny developed these 60-second videos and reels based on the need for free, mental health and wellness. The goal is to offer bite-sized, goal-oriented, powerful sources of evidenced-based advice to address immediate, daily concerns. These videos provide rapid symptom relief, such as deep breathing during a busy day, to navigating our “inner critic” with positive self-talk. These videos are free to view and share and help address well-defined issues such as anxiety, depression, other emotional issues, and common life challenges.

While these short videos are created for efficiency, they are not a substitute for the traditional therapy treatment experience. However, these short videos can pack a powerful punch of wisdom and advice for the viewer, helping promote an immediate sense of calm and well-being, while also enhancing the long view of wellness as a lifestyle.

“One Minute of Therapy with Jenny” also serves to build a strong therapeutic alliance between Jenny and her her daily viewing audience, promote the idea of mental wellness as a daily, individual choice, enhance the concept that each viewer can utilize their individual strengths to face daily challenges, and promote a viewer’s positive sense of identity and purpose.
