Jenny’s personal and professional experiences with meditation during the long social isolation of COVID changed the landscape of her clinical practice.
Jenny has found that her most “successful” clients incorporate daily mindfulness practices into their long-term recovery and wellness plan.

Jenny’s mindfulness approaches help the client explore preferred and unique ways to calm themselves when triggered, learn how to better anticipate triggers, and be more present in the moment – all leading to reduced stress and improved overall well-being.
Jenny is trained and certified in Mindfulness and stress reduction modalities through intensive coaching and mentoring sessions with a Professional Intuitive/ Author/ RMT and CEO of her own private healing and counseling practice. Jenny also completed Intuitive Energy Healing certification from an internationally accredited organization by the International Association of Therapists (IAOT). Jenny also receives weekly ongoing Intuitive Development group work to further her skills.
Jenny also completed Spiritual Life Coach Training, focusing on mindfulness and meditation, from an organization accredited by the International Association of Therapists (IAOT). Jenny also receives weekly ongoing Intuitive Development group work to further her Mindfulness skills.
